Andy started with Restylers’ Choice on May 19th and has picked things up very quickly. He has been in the automotive industry for the last 6 years working at American Racing and Voss Chevrolet Body Shop.

Tips & Tricks
When ordering vehicle specific parts for any vehicle, knowing all the details about the vehicle is extremely important. For example when ordering door handle covers you will need to know if the vehicle has a passenger side keyhole or if it has a keypad. If you are ordering a painted spoiler you will need the paint code, not just the color. Rocker panels are probably the one item you need the most information on, what kind of bed does it have, does it have flares, does it have a body side moldings. Knowing the specifics about a vehicle when you are ordering is going to help save you time and money by getting you the correct part the first time.

1. Restylers’ Choice new 2010-2011 will be available June 1st, 2010. 196 pages of the latest products and our exclusive tear-off cover. Click here to download the current catalog or previous catalogs.
2. We have recently made changes to our custom graphics pricing. All “A” price code graphics are now $1.30 per inch tall, all “B” price code graphics are now $1.80 per inch tall.
3. All sheets of CLs & PLs will now have 32 logos per sheet.
4. Custom PL’s are now $2 per inch tall and custom DL’s are $4 per inch tall, order 50 or more of each and save 50%. The minimum charge for custom PL’s and DL’s is $20 per base film color.
5. Trim-Gard has discontinued the 1300, 800 and 500 series colored insert moldings. There is plenty of stock available but when it is gone these molding will only available in black and chrome.
6. Universal Products had a 6% price increase on metallized sign vinyl and striping.
7. Effective June 1st Chrome Effects will have a price increase on E-Z ON Grill Overlays.
8. Chrome Effects has added door handle covers for 08-09 Volkswagen Jetta, and stainless steel rocker panels for the 09+ Ford F-150 standard cab long and short bed trucks.
9. Exciting changes are coming to the Restylers’ Choice warehouses. Starting July 1, 2010 we are implementing a new automated order pulling system. This system will streamline our warehousing functions, allowing us to reduce costs, process more packages, and reduce errors.
Progress always comes with a price - on July 1, we will be implementing our new order submission policy to facilitate this new system. Any order placed prior to 4pm Eastern, will have a 1 hour window to make changes or cancellations. After the window closes, the order will be processed and shipped. Any orders placed after 4pm will be released for processing at 5pm, and any order after 5pm will be released immediately.
Custom graphics and painted spoilers will also be released immediately regardless of the time the order is placed. Orders can still be placed on ”hold for next order” and will beheld for a maximum of 48 hours.
