We hate mistakes and unfortunately they happen on occasion. Restylers Choice has procedures in place to minimize mistakes and will do everything we can to keep them from happening. If a mistake is made with your order we will gladly ship the replacement item via the same shipping method. For example, if the original order was shipped Next Day Air then we will ship the replacement item Next Day Air, conversly if it was shipped via ground, the replacement item will be shipped ground. If you need the item faster then the original order, we will gladly pay for the amount of the freight that corresponds to the original order, and only charge you the difference. |
