While we have been able to absorb the price increases in the past, the latest increase in paint and supplies has made it necessary for us to increase our price on all painted spoilers by $5. ATE Price Change Coming March 1st

Restylers' Choice bought and started manufacturing Auto Trim Express in 2007. Since that time we have absorbed several price increases on almost all the materials used to produce ATE graphics. Effective March 1st Auto Trim Express will have a 5 % price increase to help offset the rising cost of materials used to manufacture this line. Auto Trim Express has added Cardinal Red to their OE style rocker stripe fade kits. OE style rocker stripes add a simple, clean, OE style kit that are perfectly sized to each vehicle. All kits are 4” tall and fade from front to back. ATE OE style rocker stripes can be found on pages 94-95 of our 2011-2012 catalog.

Choice Returns is Here!

Restylers’ Choice introduces Choice Returns. Choice Returns is our new simplified, automated returns system. Every order shipped by Restylers’ Choice now has a return tag and returns form attached to it. The returns form contains everything you need to return your item to us. Simply indicate which of the items on the order you are shipping back and for what reason using the return codes. If you would like us to ship a replacement you can indicate that on the form as well, or call us to make arrangements to have a replacement shipped. Once you have completed the returns form, attach the form and drop the package in the mail or drop it at UPS or give it to your UPS driver and we handle the rest. The returns form and reason code for the return are required for credit to be issued.

New Shipping Procedures and Freight Policies Effective Monday!

Restylers’ Choice will be making changes to our shipping procedures and freight policies effective August 8, 2011. These changes are being made to accommodate our new warehouse management system and to streamline our shipping procedures.

The new software and procedures will allow us to be more efficient, accurate, and increase our order capacity in both the Cincinnati and Dallas warehouses.

Once you place a order with Restylers’ Choice you will have a 30 minute window in which you will be able to add items to the order, subtract items from the order or cancel the order altogether. After the 30 minute window closes, the order will be picked, packaged and shipped and we will not be able to make any changes to the order. Rush orders on painted spoilers, painted moldings and custom graphics will be processed and released for production immediately and will not receive a 30 minute window. If you need a painted spoiler to ship same day and the order is placed by 11:30 am EST. there will be no rush charges applied to the order and you will have a 30 minute window in which to change or cancel the order. Any order placed after 5 pm EST. will not receive a 30 minute window. Ship complete orders and drop-ship orders will also have a 30 minute window in which additions, subtractions and cancellations will be allowed.

All in-stock orders that are placed by 7 pm EST. will ship same day. We will no longer hold any in-stock orders for a later ship date. If you choose to have a order ship on a day that is not the current shipping day, you will need to call and place the order on the day you want the order to ship.

All $500 Free Freight orders must be placed at one time to qualify for free freight. We will no longer have the ability to combine multiple orders together to get to the $500 minimum. We will pay the freight on $500 orders that have items shipping from both our warehouses but there will be a $5 handling charge applied to only one of the shipments. $500 Free Freight orders with painted spoilers and custom graphics will ship free freight once the order has all the items produced and ready to ship. You may choose for your in-stock items to ship with out the spoiler or custom graphics but freight charges will be applied to your invoice when those items do ship.

All backorders will now be charged freight when shipped unless the backorder meets the $500 free freight minimum. When a backordered item is received at one of our warehouses you will be notified the item has arrived and you will be able to add to or cancel the order at that time. We will not be able to hold backorders to be combined to a future order. You may add items to any backorder to achieve the $500 free freight minimum.

Body Armor has Improved their Paint Protection Film!

All Body Armor paint protection kits are now being cut out of Xpel Extreme films. The new film is a much clearer film and features a protective top coat that must be removed before installing the the kit. Uni-Gard paint protection film is still available upon request. Photo Studio is now open!

The Restylers' Choice photo studio is now complete and ready for product shots, vehicle photos, and installation videos. The RC Photo Studio space was planned as part of our facility expansion back in February, and is now competed several weeks ahead of our planned June 1 target date. This new studio provides us with the proper lighting, backdrops, and technology to produce high-quality product photos, as wells as full-vehicle installation photos. This space, located adjacent to our training/seminar room, will also be utilized for installation demonstrations as part of our forthcoming training program.
